Project administration can be applied to both small teams and big collaborative groups. Associates can be distributed geographically, work in different areas or departments or play different roles within the project, organizing and sharing the information in a sole data center optimizing accessibility and use, as each associate adds value to the project and to the information provided in it. The system enables us to define the projects to be administered with all its related information: company, section, project leaders, sponsor, assigned resources, value of each resource, etc. Progress can be measured in three different ways, terms, physical progress (for ex. man/hour) or in pesos (cost or sales).

The system counts with a transaction which allows to enter the daily effort invested by each resource, where there are also indicators of the progress which enables the staff to become conscious of the actual pacing of each project. A control board centralizes all the information displaying a series of indicators which facilitates quick decision making and triggers the necessary corrective actions. The software always has whole tracking of each project able to analyze or justify any deviation that may appear.
